The Color Run to Add Toddler Strider® Adventure Zone to Finish Festival

Rapid City, SD (March 22, 2017) — Strider Bikes, the world’s leading manufacturer and marketer of children’s no-pedal balance bikes, is pleased to announce it is participating in The Color Run in Dallas, Texas March 25th, with a Strider Adventure Zone for toddlers. The Strider activation in the fun and colorful Finish Festival will include a Strider Adventure Zone (ride and play area) where children as young as 18 months can learn to balance and ride on pedal-less Strider Bikes. Advanced Strider riders are welcome to bring their Strider Bikes and join Mom or Dad in the “Happiest 5K on the Planet”.

The Adventure Zone gives kids 18 months to five years old a chance to test ride a Strider Balance Bike, play with other kids, and develop balance and coordination in a custom designed area. The Free Strider Adventure Zone will be located in the Finish Festival of the race taking place at Dallas Fair Park, 1818 First Avenue. It will open at 8 a.m. for kids from 18 months to 5 years old, and there will be demo bikes and helmets on site for families who don’t have their own Strider Bike. No previous experience required.

Rapid City, South Dakota (March 21, 2016) — Strider Sports International, Inc., the world’s premier manufacturer and marketer of children’s no-pedal balance bikes, invites you and your family out to motorcycle tracks around the country for exciting racing and toddler-friendly activities at the 2016 MotoAmerica AMA/FIM North American Road Racing Championship. Starting April 15 and continuing through the fall, Strider Bikes will be on-site in the Strider Adventure Zone at the tracks at Road Atlanta, New Jersey Motorsports Park, Virginia International Raceway, Road America, Barber Motorsports Park, and at Utah Motorsports Campus. Bring the family to the track on Saturday (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) or Sunday (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) and look for the Strider Adventure Zone, where children as young as 18 months to kids five years old can test ride a Strider Bike for free to discover that feeling of pure joy and freedom that happens when you ride off on two wheels. Children ages 16 and under are free.

The Strider Adventure Zone activation taking place at each of the Expos gives toddlers one to five years old a chance to test ride a STRIDER Balance Bike, play with other kids, and develop balance and coordination in a fun ride and play area. This safe and friendly environment encourages kids to explore mobility on two wheels and experience the challenge and thrill of riding a STRIDER on unique terrain and obstacles.

People can find a free Adventure Zone complete with loaner bikes and helmets at each Tour of Utah Lifestyle Expo beginning Tuesday, August 4th, as well as during the Strider Championship Series Race taking place Saturday, August 8th in Pioneer Park, downtown Salt Lake City.  Dates and locations of the Lifestyle Expos include: Ogden, August 4; Bountiful, August 5; Heber Valley, August 6; Salt Lake City, August 7; and Park City, August 9th.

 

The Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah is one of only five UCI-sanctioned, multi-stage, North American pro cycling events in 2015. Showcasing some of the world’s most prestigious teams and cyclists for seven days in August, this event now attracts worldwide attention as the top international cycling event that follows the Tour de France. Axel Project At The USA Pro Challenge All Over Colorado

 

This is going to be another great year at the USA Pro Cycling Challenge. Our good friends with the Axel Project will once again be at the finish festivals at all seven stages from 8/18- 8/24! We will also be hosting the final race in the STRIDER Championship Series in Denver on Sunday 8/24 at the overall finish of the USA Pro Challenge.

The Strider Adventure Zone features STRIDER test rides and opportunities for kids of all ages to play, learn, and socialize with peers while riding on two wheels. Rapid City, SD (August 6, 2013) — Strider Sports International, the world’s premier manufacturer and marketer of children’s no-pedal balance bikes, in conjunction with the Axel Project, is bringing Strider Racing® to downtown Denver on August 25 and Adventure Zones to each stage of the USA Pro Challenge, August 19-25.

The STRIDER™ Adventure Zone gives toddlers one to five years old a chance to test ride a STRIDER, play with other kids, and develop balance and coordination in a STRIDER-designed area. This safe and friendly environment encourages kids to explore mobility on two wheels and experience the challenge and thrill of riding a STRIDER on unique terrain and obstacles.

People can find an Adventure Zone at each stage along the USA Pro Challenge route, as well as during the opening weekend festival in Aspen. Dates and locations include: Aspen, August 18 (opening weekend); Aspen, August 19; Breckenridge, August 20; Steamboat Springs, August 21; Beaver Creek, August 22; Vail, August 23; Fort Collins, August 24; and downtown Denver for the finish on August 25.

On Sunday, August 25, the Adventure Zone will transform into the STRIDER race course. Tiny two-year-olds will kick off the racing at 11 a.m., followed by the thrilling three-year-olds at noon. The four and five-year olds will get their chance on the track at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., respectively. The top three finishers in each heat will receive a medal. All participants will receive a ribbon and customized number plate. Families may register their STRIDER riders on site. No registration fee required.

The USA Pro Challenge currently holds the record as the largest spectator event in Colorado history and one of the largest sporting events to ever take place in the United States. For seven consecutive days, 128 of the world’s top athletes will race 600 miles through the majestic Rockies — reaching higher altitudes than they’ve ever had to endure — more than two miles in elevation.

Toddlers Gear Up for Fun at the STRIDER Adventure Zone at This Year’s New York International Auto Show 

 Rapid City, SD,   March 18, 2013 ­– Strider Sports International, Inc., the world leader in no-pedal balance bikes, says adults shouldn’t be the only ones to have fun at this year’s New York International Auto Show (March 29 – April 7, 2013). To prove it, Strider will bring its crowd pleaser STRIDER Adventure Zone to the show where kids from ages 18 months to five years can get in on the action for themselves.

 The STRIDER Adventure Zone gives kids a chance to “swap” their car seats and strollers for their very own ride – a STRIDER ST-4 balance bike – and experience the freedom of riding on two wheels. In a safe, friendly and fun environment all young riders can try their hand at developing balance and coordination skills on a specially designed course of ramps and pennants.

This STRIDER® Adventure Zone will be open for all three days of the event: March 9-11 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). The Adventure Zone gives kids 18 months to five years old a chance to test ride a STRIDER™, play with other kids, and develop balance and coordination in a STRIDER-designed area.
