If you’re missing a part, having trouble with assembly, or if something on your bike has malfunctioned, please reach out to our Customer Service team first. All Strider Balance Bikes have a Two-Year Warranty and we’re happy to send you replacement parts or troubleshooting help to determine if something needs to be fixed.  

If you’re ready to send your Strider Balance Bike back to Striderville, here’s everything you need to know:

  • Your bike must be a Genuine Strider Bike* purchased on StriderBikes.com. If you purchased a Strider product through a local shop, box store or different online site (including Amazon), you will need to honor their return policy.
  • You must contact the Strider Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your Strider Balance Bike to qualify for our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
  • Only Strider Balance Bikes qualify for our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Please see our Return Policy for other items purchased on StriderBikes.com.
  • There are no questions asked when you return your Strider Balance Bike. Although we may ask about your experience, we will never require you to justify your return. We only want to make sure kiddos are getting the best ride possible, and feedback from Strider fans like you makes that possible.
  • Your return will be processed faster and easier if you still have the original packaging that your Strider arrived in! Please pack everything with care and ensure your boxes are taped well before you send them to us. We must receive your Strider bike at Strider HQ before we can process your return.

Here are the steps to follow: 
 
1. Have your Sales Order ready when you contact Customer Service via phone or email. You must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your Strider Balance Bike.  
2. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) and a return label from our team via email. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam messages. Once you have this RMA, securely tape it on the box and clearly mark it on the returned package — otherwise, we don’t know who to refund! 
3. Ship the Strider Balance Bike in its box back to Strider Headquarters with the carrier listed on the RMA (UPS).  
4. Patiently wait for the refund to your original payment method.
